2025 Kick-Off Event @ Heritage Farms
We are having our 2025 season kick-off/ open house on April 12 from 10:30am to 12:30pm, at the
78th Street Heritage Gardens ( NE 78th St &, NE 19th Ct, Vancouver, WA 98665). We would love to see all our current volunteers and possible future members looking to join Urban Abundance. THIS IS A COMPLETELY FREE AND NO OBLIGATION EVENT!
Come mingle over some cookies and meet our NEW board members and other UA volunteers from all around the community. We will talk about our plans for the 2025 season and how you can help. While you are with us, you are welcome to tour the 78th Street Heritage Gardens and see all the events and services they have to offer.
A tour will be offered at 11am of the Heritage Farm Property.

Join the WSU Extension Clark County Master Gardener Program for a guided tour of the 79-acre
78th Street Heritage Farm in Vancouver, Washington.
Stroll the property with a knowledgeable docent and learn about the property's storied history and its current role in horticulture education, agricultural research, food security and community enrichment.
Placed on the Washington Historic Register in 2012, the 78th Street Farm has a unique and compelling story for people of all ages. Tours involve prolonged standing and walking on uneven ground with some elevation change. Bring water, dress for the weather. Advanced registration is required.

The Vancouver Bee Project is thrilled to announce that Dr. Robert Michael Pyle, an internationally acclaimed naturalist, author, butterfly expert, and founder of the Xerces Society of Invertebrate Conservation, will be the keynote speaker at our 2nd Annual Pollinator Festival! Join us on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Marshall Park in Vancouver, WA, for a day dedicated to celebrating pollinators and their essential role in our ecosystems.
